How soon can you take pictures of my listing?
We have as many as 4 photographers out shooting pictures any given day. That means that you can expect your property to be photographed in one or two days from the time you place your order. Exceptions to that rule would be properties that are significantly out of the general Denver Metro Area.
When will my pictures be ready?
Your pictures will commonly be available to you and the tours posted by the close of business the day following the shoot. However, due to unforeseen technical errors that may affect our ability to complete them please allow up to 2 business days for completion.
How can I get my pictures?
When each tour is completed, a confirmation email from Info@360protour.com will be sent to you containing the appropriate links to reach your still pictures and tours. If you miss the email, you can go to www.360protour.com and enter the MLS number in the space provided and that will take you directly to the virtual tour. The link to the tour is visible in the address bar in the internet browser window that you are using. Click on the address bar and the link will be highlighted in blue. Copy the link and paste it into the appropriate application.

Why can’t I see the Virtual Tour Image?
All computers that have moving pictures use a Java™, or Flash™ applet to view them, and these applets need to be updated periodically as do all other programs. We’ve built-in a link that takes you to www.java.com for that purpose. Click on the button in the Java Free Software Download area and follow the instructions. When Java has been updated, the Virtual Tour will play normally.
Why doesn’t the Virtual Tour Image spin immediately?
We are firm believers in the phrase “You only have One Time to make a First Impression” and we do everything possible to insure that the tours are of the highest quality when viewed. Because of this, we use a slightly larger file size for our products and they will take between 6 and 9 seconds to load using a broadband connection. We firmly believe that the extra second or two to download the tour will not discourage anyone from viewing the product, and your sellers will appreciate the high quality, depth of color and no distortion that our tours offer.
How can I change the names on my Virtual Tours and Images?
You can change, edit and re-arrange all of the photography and tours at any time. Go to www.360protour.com, click on the Realtor Sign In area, enter your ID and password, and you can make all of the desired changes.

The Realtor /Sign In area is a new agent management area. Your Log-in is the email address that you have on file with us, and your password is one that you selected when you placed your order.

If you do not have a current Log-in and Password, either email, or call us with the password that you would like to use.
Blast Email FAQ
How can I remove myself from your Blast Email list?
You can remove yourself at any time from our distribution list by simply clicking on the remove button on the email. Please include your name and ALL EMAIL ADDRESSES that you use, and we will delete you from our system promptly. In addition, if you have recently gotten married and changed your name, having the name that matches the email is helpful.

Our mailing list is keyed by name and cross referenced by email address. The reason for including your name is so we can find all of the email addresses that may apply to your name.

Once removed from our distribution list, you will no longer receive blast emails from us.
How did you get my name and email address?
We obtain email addresses from several different sources. The primary source is from Real Estate Agents, or offices, requesting specific agents be added to our list. The next source is from opt-in email lists that are shared, or purchased, from our marketing partners. Additional addresses come from our registered clients, and finally, agents that have subscribed directly to our service.
How can I subscribe to your Blast Email Program?

How does the Blast Email Marketing Program work?
The Blast Email is designed as an electronic brochure for agents that want to reach a wide audience at a very competitive cost. Reaching over 9500 agents per email, the cost per person is far lower and more efficient than sending paper brochures to individuals in offices.

Our format for sending the emails changed in May 2006 at the request of agents receiving our distribution because of the sheer volume we were sending nightly. The new single format has been very successful, and individual viewing numbers increased immediately, indicating that far more people were spending time viewing the emails, rather than just deleting them.

The body of the email contains a larger image of each property, and the descriptive terms pertaining to the property. The headers are comprised of the information listed in the remarks section that has been edited to fit the space available.

Custom messages can be sent to us via email for agents that want to have a different header for their property.

The Blast Email also features the ability to send a specific property to individual clients, and the listing agents name and contact information can be replaced with that of the agent that is sending the property to their clients.
How do I send a Blast Email?
In order to send a Blast Email to the agents on our list, you will have to first purchase a Virtual Tour and Photography Package from us. We have several different packages to choose from, and the Blast Email is an add-on service and is sent out as a group format with pictures and addresses of each property contained on the header of each email.
How do I know the email went out?
The best way is to be on our email list. We keep statistics on every email that is sent and can tell how many people received the email, viewed each property, forwarded a specific property to a friend or client, visited the Virtual Tour, and viewed an agent&rsquu;s website.

In the near future, each agent will be able to view every email from our Realtor Sign In Area Control Panel and view the click counts. Currently, the only way is to call us and ask for a report.

No personal information is collected in this process, and no email addresses are harvested for agents or customers. The information is only statistical in nature and only reports clicks on specific areas of each email.
Do you sell your email list?
No. Our list is for our own use and will not be sold to anyone.... at any time.
Why are your Blast Emails showing up in my Spam Folder?
Because we send out thousands of emails every day, many ISP’s treat them as spam and delivers them to you in your spam box. To prevent this from happening, you can put our address on your approved sender list, and they will show up normally.
Why does everything in the email show up in text and links?
Chances are that you are receiving the emails in your spam box. Simply click and drag the email to your main email box and our pictures will appear and the email will be formatted properly.
How do I know your email is safe and without any virus programs attached?
We take every precaution to insure that the Blast Emails we send are free from any virus infections by scanning them with 3 different email virus protection programs before they are sent. We also change the main name for our list after each email is sent, so a virus from a client’s computer can not be sent through our list by accident. By changing the name of our email list frequently, any inbound attack is prevented automatically. In addition, our main email list is protected by passwords, and other internal security features that prevent the outside world from gaining access.
